Privacy Policy
Last updated October 29, 2026.
This policy covers this website, the firm’s client portal at portal.713lawfirm.com, and the text messages and phone calls connected to them.
What we collect. Information you give us: your cell phone number; your name and how you are connected to a case; the case you look up; your answers to our injury questions; your email address, if you provide it; and anything you write to us. If you hire the firm, we also collect what we need to represent you, including your signature on our agreement and your payment details. To prepare a case report we look up public court records from the Harris County District Clerk. Like most websites, we also receive basic technical information with each request, such as your IP address and browser type, and use it to keep the site and portal secure.
Cookies. The portal uses cookies only to keep you signed in, remember your language, and complete the sign-in steps. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use it. To respond to you, confirm your phone number, prepare your case report, schedule your meeting, represent you if you hire the firm (including billing and documents), send the text messages you agree to, and protect the site and portal from abuse. We treat what you tell us about your legal matter as confidential. We do not sell your information.
Who handles it for us. We use service providers to run the site and portal. They handle your information only to provide their service to us: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), Supabase (the portal’s database and sign-in), Twilio (text messages, phone calls, and verification codes), Cal.com (scheduling), Docuseal (electronic signatures), Stripe (payments), Sentry (error reports), and Anthropic (the AI assistant that may answer some of our phone calls). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Sharing with the service providers that deliver our messages, such as Twilio, is limited to sending them.
How long we keep it. As long as we need it for the purposes above, and longer where the law or the rules that govern lawyers require us to keep client files and records. A phone number that starts a case report but never finishes signing in is deleted automatically.
Your choices. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. To ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, email info@713lawfirm.com. Some records, such as a client’s file, we are required to keep.
Security. Information travels over encrypted connections, and access is limited to the people and services that need it.
Children. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact. We will post any changes here with a new date. Questions: info@713lawfirm.com or PO Box 801, Houston, TX 77001.
